Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy:
Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian law, binding both the person making the reservation and the facility.
You can send an availability request and wait for our response.
Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions available on our website www.lucervia.it
Following the request, you will be sent a quote (non-binding) showing the data and total price of the stay with the method of booking. The reservation is confirmed only after entering the data of a credit card as a guarantee of the same, confirmation and payment of the deposit, any deposit to be made within the time specified in our offer.
If the payment is not made in the required time, the reservation is considered as null and void. The reservation becomes binding for LU. b&b. only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit and the details of the credit card on which to make the authorized withdrawal.
Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our terms including payment, cancellation and deposit. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data and notify us as soon as possible of any anomalies.
Upon arrival it is mandatory to present identification for each person including minors.
Children stay free of charge up to age 5 if they sleep in bed with their parents; from age 6 we recommend booking a triple room. In any case, breakfast service for children is charged according to the rates indicated in the quote.
Change reservation
To make changes to your reservation, you must contact the LU. b&b Reception Team, who will make every effort to fulfill your request. However, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of this request.
Payment
At the time of booking, along with personal information, a credit card is required as a guarantee. Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% of the price of the stay will be charged to the credit card as a deposit; the balance will be paid directly at the facility. Any extras must be settled before departure.
Cancellation policy
Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellation conditions are stated in the quotation and at www.lucervia.it.
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as listed below:
– up to 2 weeks prior to arrival cancellation is free of charge
– up to 1 week prior to arrival 50% of the stay price will be retained
– cancellations that occur in the week of arrival are non-refundable and require payment of thefull stay price.
LU. b&b reserves the right to credit the total amount due in the event of cancellations or changes to the credit card given as guarantee.
No refund is due to the guest who decides to terminate the stay already undertaken and is, therefore, required to pay in full for the booked stay.
No Show: (no-show)
In case of no-show, the 30% already paid will be withheld and the credit card given as guarantee will be charged for the full cost of the stay.
Tourist tax
The municipality of Cervia introduced the tourist tax starting in summer 2018. In LU. b&b rates, the Tourist Tax is never included in the price. The tax corresponds to €1.80 per day per person from April to September.
Persons residing in the Municipality of Cervia who stay in the accommodation facilities are excluded from the tax. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in can be done from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m.
- A late check-out service is available beyond the standard scheduled time, with the option to check out by 6 p.m., which can be requested at the time of booking or at the time of your arrival, subject to availability and payment
- For any different needs, we ask you to contact us directly, and together we will find the best solution for you by providing directions for self check-in or self check-out.
- In case of early arrival you can call us and leave your luggage at the front desk, we will have it waiting for you directly in your room while you can relax at our beach, at Calupe 207.
- Even at check-out we are available to hold your luggage until the time of your departure.
- The balance of your stay will preferably be paid upon your arrival. Since we do not have a 24-hour front desk, we reserve the right to charge you for any extra consumption even after your departure.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms
